It’s exciting to create a website for a business in your area. The Licking County Chamber of Commerce generously sent a referral to Woodchuck Arts, it worked out, and we got to create a website for Project Construction Company. Project Architecture and Construction Company is a full-service architecture and construction company in Hebron, Ohio. They have been in the business of improving Licking County for over 40 years. In creating this website, part of our team saw many photographs of buildings we see almost daily and even learned some history.
The goal of this website was to let the community know all of the services that Project Construction Company offers and allow them to see many of the projects they have completed. We also implemented an employee application form and ensured the website was easy to update. In addition, we wanted to add trust to the website users and Google by adding testimonials, awards, and reviews.
One feature of this website that we are proud of is the sortable project portfolio display and masonry gallery. Project Architecture has so many projects that we needed a way for them to be easily searched by the user. That’s where the sortable gallery comes in. We invested in a fancy plugin that allows us to accomplish this fairly quickly now in WordPress if you are already using posts.
Another part of the portfolio display that makes the website beautiful and easy to update is the masonry gallery. (Again, fancy plugin) These galleries are great because they allow you to upload all different image sizes and still have a clean look.
