If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

Intellectual Property and Copyright
You warrant that all elements you provide to us (e.g., text, images) are owned by you or you have permission to use them. Upon final payment, ownership of the visual elements we create for your project will transfer to you. Woodchuck Arts retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and other publications.

Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If a resolution is not possible, we will proceed with legal arbitration as necessary.

Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in the quote. All unpaid balances must be settled before any final deliverables are released.
