Village Coffee Company is a cozy and well-loved coffee shop in the heart of Downtown Granville, Ohio. When they came to us, they were ready for a branding and website update — but wanted to keep the charm and familiar feel their customers know and love.
We started by refreshing their logo, keeping the original colors and layout, but updating the design so it was cleaner and easier to use. We made sure they had all the file types they’d need for signs, social media, and anything else that might come up.
The outside of the shop — especially the striped awning — was so cute and full of personality, we knew right away we wanted to bring that same look to the website. We built a simple, mobile-friendly WordPress site using the same font from the awning and mirrored the awning’s design in the header. We also color-coded the menu to make it easy to read, especially for people checking the site on their phones.
