Refund and Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with the services provided. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are generally not issued for work that has been completed or performed. If you are not satisfied with a specific service, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions. No refunds shall be issued for any services or work that has been completed as per our agreement.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Woodchuck Arts primarily offers digital and design services, meaning physical delivery is generally not required. For any physical items or deliverables that may be arranged, shipping details, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided in advance, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your project or services, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, please be aware that no refunds are issued for work completed or performed up to that point. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work until any outstanding balances are settled.

Note: Since Woodchuck Arts provides digital and professional services, standard product fulfillment policies may not apply. However, all service cancellations should follow the guidelines outlined above.
