Client Spotlight: Learning Heron History!
It’s always exciting to create a website for a business in your area- and we’re honored to do it for one of the best.
The Licking County Chamber of Commerce generously sent a referral to Woodchuck Arts, it worked out, and I got to create a website for Project Construction Company & Project Architecture Ltd.
Project Architecture and Construction Company is a full-service architecture and construction company in Hebron, Ohio. They have been in the business of improving Licking County for over 40 years. In creating this website, I saw many photographs of buildings that I see almost daily and even learned some great history.
The goal of this website was to let the community know all of the services that Project Construction Company offers and allow them to see many of the projects they have completed. We also implemented an employee application form and ensured the website was easy to update. In addition, we wanted to build trust with potential customers and Google’s search engine by adding testimonials, awards, and reviews.
New Experiences, New Features.
One aspect of this website that I am proud of is the sortable portfolio display gallery. Project Architecture has worked on so many great projects that we needed a way for them to be easily searched by potential business partners. That’s where a sortable gallery comes in.
We researched and found a unique plugin that allows us to accomplish a portfolio build fairly quickly in WordPress, especially if you are already implementing a post system, almost like a searchable blog.
Beautiful Web Design, Intuitive Use.
Another particularly beautiful and easy to update aspect is the masonry photo gallery.
These galleries are wonderfully easy to use because they allow you to upload icons with different image sizes and automatically have a clean look. This makes editing the website a breeze, and allows for even more flexibility as we work with clients to show off their work.
Overall we were thrilled to work on this project, and are so proud to finally be able to show off the results.
