We created custom graphics and copy that would appeal to the list recipients and then put them together in Mailchimp. We had our editor polish it up by checking the grammar, ensuring there were no typos, and testing all the links. If you are going to take the time to send an email, don’t ruin it by making it look unprofessional. We then had the email approved by our client and off it went.
